Joey and Jamie got this coat for Tegan as a baby gift, and have been dying to see pictures. So she wore it with her Easter outfit on Sunday...


Looks like she likes it! Guess we've got a girly girl on our hands. =)

Chocolate Bunny

Making Easter Cards

Graye painted the family some Easter cards... although I think there was an equal amount of paint on the paper as there was on him, the floor, the cupboards... etc.



He also made Daddy a chocolate bunny with pudding. This time there was definitely more on him than on the bunny. Much tastier than the other ones too! I have been trying to load a video on here but apparently it doesn't want to let me do that. Gotta say this Blogger thing is getting more and more temperamental! I'll work on it though... maybe I'll just have to do it through YouTube again.

As some of you know, Graye has a new obsession with cars. And no, obsession is not too strong a word. Cars the movie, car video games, Hotwheels cars... anything really. He doesn't actually play the video games (yet... siiiggghhh, it's coming, I know) but brings us the controller to play while he watches. Last night he was watching Ryan play after a long day of keeping him outside (and away from the TV) and of trying to deal with his eye teeth that are poking through. He tried so hard to watch but at 6:30 pm it was too much for him.

Going... going...

...gone. He would open his eyes long enough to point and say "car!" then pass right out again.

Tegan also got a new spot to watch the happenings. Yay for sitting up! These things really are fantastic. She is obviously more bright eyed and bushy tailed than Graye was at this point.

Zoo Animals

We went for a walk at the zoo the other day so Graye could burn off some energy. Nana, Farfar, Aunty Kristen, Aunty Dionne and Uncle Ken all decided to tag along too. Here are a couple pictures that Kristen took... (thanks!) =)

Grandma Wendy in BC sent these for Graye (along with a new wardrobe for both Graye and Tegan... Thank you!!!) Graye wanted to try them out. Looks pretty good!

And so it begins...

Although we don't celebrate Easter until the 27th of April this year (Orthodox Easter), we did go to church and have Easter brunch with Ryan's parents today. Here are the kids all dressed up... and what happens when a bigger brother has to sit next to a littler sister for more than 3 minutes.

6 Weeks!

Boy time flies when you are having... kids. I can't believe it's already been a month and a half since we went to the hospital in the coldest blizzarding day ever! I think Tegan is getting cuter (and bigger!) everyday though.

Tegan's hair gets as curly as Graye's is straight after she has a bath. Here it has mostly dried already - still super curly, but not as much as it is when still wet!

Her tongue is out a lot too - seems to be a common habit with our babies. I won't subject her to the Gene Simmons comparison though... hehe!


This one doesn't quite fit with this "grouping" but... it's a good one and I didn't want to do another post just for one picture!
