More BC Peeps!

Pam, Jamie, Solomon and Casey came through Saskatoon and stayed a couple of nights with us. We hadn't met Casey before and they hadn't ever met either Graye or Tegan. It was so great to see them and catch up - I guess it's our turn to head West for a visit now!

Casey, Tegan, Graye and Solomon on the train at the Forestry Farm:

Apparently the morning is the time to be there as all the animals are hungry and will come eat out of your hand.

Pammy! What a beauty.

Jamie and Pam hangin' in the backyard. I'd love to see them there more often. ;)

YEAH!! FREEZIES!!

Tegan found some ripe raspberries:

Camping in Cold Lake

Our new car bag - the only way we could fit all our gear into (or onto) our little car!

Fishing for Forestfish.

Tegan consistently puts her glasses on upside down, and if you try and put them on the right way for her, she gets really mad. Funny kid.

JUMP!

Misjudged the size of that wave...

Extensive rock collection:

Happy Birthday!!

This is what happens to ice cream cake that comes camping:

Can't get away from videogames, even if we are sleeping in a tent.

Joe hasn't lost his pyro tendencies - this is a citronella candle bucket on fire. No mosquitoes for a 10 mile radius.

The Beach: my favourite.

We spent a really great day at Pike Lake a little while ago. Graye found a new little friend and Tegan eventually warmed up to being outside...

...though it did take her a little bit...

Catching minnows:

Graye's new friend. ;) He carried the little guy with him for ages until I felt so bad for the frog that I made Graye at least put him in a bucket of water (which he "mysteriously" managed to jump out of while Graye's back was turned).

Beach treats!

Tegan couldn't decide what she wanted...

...but she did share!

Swimming with Dida

Warming up with Baba

Summer!

Due to a sad/happy mishap with our old camera we were "forced" into getting a new one! Now, once again, we are hauling it with us everywhere and taking a million pictures... here's 2/1,000,000. More to follow...

One of my bestest friends was here for a visit from the UK! Hopefully she and her family will be here permanently in the near future, but I'm glad my kids got a few chances to meet her kids in the meantime.

Milo, Graye and Ethan getting to be best buds.

Playing hand stack/slap with me:
