Awww... we had a Happy Thanksgiving! ;)

We went to Ryan's family's Thanksgiving first...




Then had my family's side at our house the next day. My first time ever cooking a turkey, and it turned out great! Thank goodness! No turkey shots in these pics, not really even any "action" shots, but trust me, we had a super weekend!

Now it's fall for real.

We were babysitting my nephew, so I grabbed the camera to get a good "Autumn" photo of the three kids. First I told my kids to give Cameron a kiss - apparently they are partly vampire children though, and tried to take advantage of this opportunity...

Tegan then started this:

QUICK!! Snap it, a good one! (Well... Graye has mastered the "smile"... but close enough!)

At least the dog was cooperative.

Second Summer

As soon as summer was over this year, we finally got some summer! The plants had already frozen a few times, we'd pulled out the sweaters and fleece footy pj's and then all of the sudden it was +25oC!

Flowers that I assumed were dead and done started blooming again. Kinda bizarre... but then we do live in Saskatchewan.

We took advantage and went for bike rides...


...to the park...

...even to the beach! I was obviously pretty excited about the snow holding off for a little longer.
